This is a northerly view of the Merrimack as taken from the Millyard. If you look the left, you can make out some old mill fixtures leading out towards the water. No telling what they were for, but still astounding they're still there.

If memory serves me correctly, this spot near the Merchantsauto.com Stadium (I hate that name) is by the spots called Stark's Landing. The trestle seen in the distance is slated to become a pedestrian bridge across the Merrimack.

The city's commemoration of womens' contribution to the city's history. My grandmother used to think it glorified the experience that women went through.

I believe this is the only vacant mill in the millyard. It happens to be my favorite. It's one of the most ornate, having the tower. It used to have a "Home of Pandora Sweaters" sign that was a local landmark. Apparently, the sweaters were world-renowned.
