With the BOS voting to keep the ADA Compliance Committee an "appeals committee" and re-appointing most of the same members that have been on this committee for years, it is a chance for residents who believe that in the spirit of the American with Disabilities Act that Goffstown should be more Pro Active toward ADA Compliance.

Goffstown's fine for illegal parking in a handicap paking spot is $250. It can be higher if it is a state issued ticket.
