Longtime traffic officer Roland Latulippe was honored at his retirement party on Thursday, Feb. 1.  Among his special guests was his grandson, Dylan DelloIacono, 3, with Latulippe.  Latulippe served the Bedford Police Department for 45 years, and always had a pocket full of Tootsie Rolls to hand out.
