Nancy Congdon, a resident of Sonny Avenue in Goffstown, expresses her frustration to Gov. John Lynch during the governor's tour of the Lynchville Park neighborhood on Tuesday, April 17. Congdon's home suffered severe damage due to last year's Mother's Day flood, and she was one the residents evacuated during the flooding of April 16.

Alan Brown, left,Sue Turgeon, center and Jen McCormick, were among 36 members of Team Uncanoonuc and Cinemagic from Goffstown, New Boston and Dunbarton, who dove into the fridge waters off Hampton Beach on Sunday, Feb. 4 at the 8th annual Penguin Plunge. The group raised more than $18,000 for Special Olympics during their participation in the event. Overall, 775 participants at the Penguin Plunge raised $505,000 for New Hampshire Special Olympics.
