Although it&amp;rsquo;s the deluxe model, the car doesn&amp;rsquo;t have simple amenities that all cars have now.&amp;nbsp; Missing are the seat belts, speedometer, odometer and electric windshield wipers. The single windshield wiper is moved manually by the driver.&amp;nbsp; &amp;ldquo;You can see how that would be tough while steering,&amp;rdquo; said owner Ryk Bullock.
