Whenever I saw him I would yell out the window &amp;amp;quot;HEY ROLAND!!&amp;amp;quot; or I&amp;amp;#39;d say &amp;amp;quot;LET&amp;amp;#39;S GO TO ARUBA!&amp;amp;quot; haha :) He used to give me tootsie rolls whenever I saw him at a red light. What a great guy! He will be missed by all the residents of Bedford.&lt;/p&gt;
