    Aerosmith - the beginning

Does anyone have any memories they'd like to share about seeing Aerosmith perform at places like the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord or JFK Stadium (or their prom?) or wherever else they may have seen them in their early days.  I'm really interested in hearing some details.  I know there are people out there who were able to experience the birth of this band, and I'd love to speak to/email you if you have anything to share.

I'm a big fan....and I love hearing about the old days.

do you have any memories of seeing them in these smaller type more personal venues yourself?Aerosmith has got to be one of the best bands ever and what makes them even better is they are locally grown.i saw them years ago at the garden with a couple other bands but what a show they put on i believe it was  the summer beach party that waaf put on i had won some tickets and they were one of the bands playing.had a blast but was not strictly an aerosmith show which i am sure is tremendously more exciting but it was still a great experience.

I do.  Not so much in the early days (I would have been too young), but they played a couple of club gigs in Boston/Cambridge in 1995 that I attended.  I was front row at both, and the band played mostly their old tunes.  It was by far the best two shows I've ever seen (and I've seen them a lot!)

They have to be one of the best rock and roll bands to see live and they are from right here in NH, making it that much more personal....

Well I agree as far as being to young to actually have memories from the early days......(to young here too)it must have been amazing to see them front row in a small club atmosprere, not once but twice.I really enjoy most of there old tunes as well, but that goes for most bands.....Oldies but goodies right...I would have to say the best rock band I have ever seen was AC/DC talk about an amazing show, but kinda a crazy kinda scary fan crowd.....i guess that kinda helped make it a great show though....IndifferentMusic
