It has been a long time since there was a candidate with a groundswell of support... particularly one who has yet to declare his candicacy.  New Hampshire's motto is "Live Free or Die".  Nonetheless, we continue to vote for candidates who want ever bigger federal power.  Other than Ron Paul, the currently declared candidates all are happy to tell us how they would use federal power to bring us their vision for America.  Rudy Guiliani is certainly an effective administrator, but will expand federal power to enforce law and order.  McCain and Romney can be trusted to pander and sacrifice their beliefs when it is politically expedient.  Ron Paul has so little support, that he is being dropped from national results.  The polls generally require that 1% of respondents name you to keep you as an entry.  Dr. Paul has managed less than one half of one percent in several straw polls (due in no small part to his assertion that we brought 9/11 on ourselves).  We need an effective communicator who can help end the diviseness of the last few elections.  Fred Thompson, despite the fact he has yet to declare, and has yet to spend a dime, has a significant amount of support and is ahead of Romney and McCain in many cases.  Help us elect a candidate of the people with a no nonsense approach to government.  New York and California should not determine our values.  The national movement to draft Fred Thompson is all-volunteer and not paid for or afiltaed with Fred Thomposn or the GOP.  This is a genuine grassroots movement.  Find out more at http://fredthompson-nh.com  or call 603-826-5940, or email fred4pres@gmail.com    Steve Smith, DraftFredThompson2008 NH State Coordinator
