Consider the actual scale of the planet. Get a globe, the biggest one you can, or even some of those awesome pictures from space. Only the father of lies could dream this one up, but then it IS the oldest lie ever told; you can be as God. We cannot even predict the daily weather with accuracy, and certainly not a month in advance, with any scientific mechanism, yet, they claim to know the future decade's fate. A single volcano emits more noxious gasses, ash, and carcinogens than we could produce in a hundred years; fact. Remember Mount Saint Helen's?

When I was in High School the claim was a second ice age. Oh, wait, that's right. This planet has undergone changes for a long time, AND WILL, with or without us. The whole "Global Warming" scheme is a religion posing as science, like Evolution theorists are atheists posing as scientists. These groups are doing what people have done for centuries; deny God, so they can engage in sinful acts without shame. It doesn't work very well, as you can experience when you try to challenge them. They bristle and snarl, and sometimes, bite. They still experience guilt because God promises in His Word to confront every person in their souls to offer a way; Jesus Christ. This way, no one can deny having the opportunity to accept or reject His Son and His free gift of salvation. Trying to "work" for God's forgiveness is self delusion, and replacing Him is futile.

Elevating Earth Day to a religious or sacred Holiday is blasphemy! When you worship the creation, you are committing the ultimate sin of idolatry, aka; witchcraft. It has been around since the beginning, but is experiencing renewed popularity today because the depths of our social depravity rivals those of Sodom. For some, denying God isn't enough to defend against the conscience, He needs to be replaced. For others, claiming to believe that which is impossible; evolution, is hoping to plead ignorance on Judgment Day. The Bible clearly and repeatedly promises damnation for idolaters, aka; creation worshippers. To deny that we are God's creation is to deny your own salvation. Study the facts and use your own mind. "no bad tree bears good fruit". Nothing good comes from something evil. Gambling is evil and it doesn't matter how much supposed good the money can do, it will always be tainted by the fact that poor suckers, (gamblers), are getting cheated out of their milk money in the foolish hope of crawling out of the financial despair of their lives. The overwhelming majority of people who gamble shouldn't, but it is perceived, sometimes rightly, that winning a jackpot is their only chance of getting out of poverty. It is a cruel and immoral practice to take advantage of these people, and even more despicable to claim that it is somehow a good thing.

To hear them barking "there is a demand and we should meet it", "they need bigger jackpots to keep them interested", etc. is sickening. There is a demand for heroin and crack cocaine. Hookers are in demand. Why not have the state take over those rackets too? Claiming to have the education of our children as the motive sends them the message that the ends justify the means, which is another indisputable lie. It says 'if you can cheat a sucker, do it as long as the money is for a good cause'.

In fact, it is evident that the state has even embarked on a campaign to market the lottery to children. I have been collecting scratch tickets (used, not bought by me) and have found the names and pictures clearly aimed toward a young audience. I have test-driven this display with consistent results; the pictures, artwork, names and overall themes are childish. You would expect a piece of gum with it. Add to that the reliable placement above the candy rack and you can only conclude the obvious; children are the target audience while being touted as the beneficiaries..

I think it's time to find those lawyers who sued over "Joe Camel" and the "Marlboro Man". Their evidence was far less convincing. At the least, I intend to share my collection with the legislature. Of course, I don't expect anything to change the minds of the heartless robots on the Left. Try it yourself, look into their eyes. They are like blank screens, almost alien. The push for anything that advances gambling is like nourishment to them. 'Get out the way'. As I've said more than once, the fiscal mess they are creating is intended to push us into either new taxes, or gambling. Who do you think is favored?

Gambling is naked greed without mercy for the victims, and the state's participation is blatant sin being embraced by our evil representatives pretending to be altruistic benefactors, while advancing the demise of our state and the creation of more misery. Gambling is a sin-tax of the most heinous and unproductive kind. It will increase the demand for social services, law enforcement and end up costing more money than it brings in, for society at large (aka taxpayers). Bad fruit.

It's going to take more than just some pruning this year, we need chainsaws in Concord. There's a whole forest of bad trees there. More importantly, we need some good saplings! Step up, please!!!

Unavoidably Undeniable

If you consider yourself to be a "Christian" (Christ Follower) but do not believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus, you are kidding yourself. Without this fact being accepted, you deny His Word and the eyewitness testimony of those who were there. The accounts are clear and concise; Jesus arose from death. He ate food, he had flesh and bones and even the scars that could be touched and examined.

The body was never produced by the powers of the day, which desperately sought to deny the resurrection. If there were a body, it would have been found. Consider the fact that they never really looked for it, rather, they bribed and lied.

Consider also; His disciples died in their belief for professing the resurrection. Who dies defending a lie? Another fact; a Roman soldier would suffer death for failing to keep a watch, so they didn't let it happen, nor conspire with the pauper-cowards who had abandoned Jesus. (I mean no disparagement to Jesus' disciples, but the adjectives would apply in the view of the Romans, and comply with the text).

Moreover, the whole Bible points to the resurrection, start to finish. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and died as an unblemished sacrifice for mankind; the only sacrifice that can save. Only Jesus has the power to save. All others will only lead to death and separation from God for eternity. If Christ did not rise, neither will you.

Please don't just read books ABOUT the Bible, read The Bible, and ask God's Holy Spirit to show you the truth. It is a promise from The Lord himself in His Holy Word; seek and you will find. God always keeps all his promises; the good, the bad and the eternal.

Head's Pond Note

Having watched this project since 2000, I must point out that it is far better than what the voters approved years ago, and I vehemently fought against. Check the history, and thank God for intervention. No other explaination fits.

The marsh will remain a marsh, the pond a pond, and the cost/benefit for the town appears positive.
No parkway; construction impacts, trash, spills, salt, etc. No golf course pulling water out of the pond and sending the questionable runoff down stream. No structures, golf cart roads and bridges, pipes and cables and other crap in the wetlands "buffer".

Just the construction of the original project would have likely scared every critter away, for years, if not ever. I think it is a migration stop for a few, who may only have a few left.

I could be wrong, but they could be doing far worse things with that land, legally, without the consent of the town. They OWN it! They could mine it to the water table and leave a nice mess. Far worse could be happening.

PS. Monday's top-of-the Front Page photo, depicting a young man with his mom looking up, so proudly and adoringly at him made me want to scream, yak, then pray. Another 50 cents wasted on something that can't even be left on the table when kids are around, unless fully read and sanitized. Another good reason to only grab it occasionally off the stand rather than be exposed daily. I will continue to pray for the victims of this crime.

To claim they didn't know that; 15-year-olds were minors, and that he wasn't, flies in the face of even the most liberal of doubts. Statutory rape laws are older than me. It is unreasonable to believe that he didn't know he was committing a crime, unless all the sex-ed in the public schools now completely ignores common sense; abstinence, common law; rape, and common knowledge; beware of dad, because it's focused on more important lessons like safe sodomy and such.

Didn't his mom teach him that "ignorance is not an excuse"? Obviously not, because she claimed it too. His actions also appear to be defended by her and even humorously referred to as "memorable". I guess I am getting old, thinking teen sex is wrong, especially when they can just get a chemical abortion from any pharmacist now, or a surgical one, without anyone knowing, at any age, in this wonderful state. You don't even have to be a resident of our "Mecca for minor abortion". Maybe we should abolish all the laws restricting minors from everything else.

When creepy people discard all pride and morality to gain some TV or print fame, it is almost as disgusting. I won't even glance at that lie detector show, unnamed on purpose, because of the expected displays of human depravity; guaranteed to appear. The sponsors of such filth are no better than the creeps they showcase. It is as if the world is now a tabloid-covered soap opera where victims fade, and evil leads.

For the Union Leader to publish that photo was an added assault on that child and her family. Emotionally, it was an assault on me. I perceived it as an attempt to make some new news, regardless of the potential victims. Pardon my paranoia and pessimism, but these days it couldn't stay out of my thoughts; perhaps, was it intended to anger the poor father beyond reason? Knowing the case, how could they not consider the potential for the additional aggravation of a wounded soul? I consider it to be an example of reckless journalism, at best.

Were that father to snap, or be caused enough grief to break probation because of that picture, I would try to be on the courthouse steps; calling for Joe McQuaid's head. At the least, I'll blast about it. I pray the dad doesn't give in to the devil's wiles again. We should all pray for the victims of this deplorable crime, and of the original assault.

Facts Are Facts, But Lies Continue

The Bible contains some pretty amazing scientific knowledge. It used to be required reading, but now is regulated in our government schools. In fact, it is refuted daily, there. Isn’t that “respecting an establishment of religion”? In the scriptures you will find “establishments” (matters-of-fact) like; the Earth is a sphere suspended in space, not flat, as the scientists of the centuries following thought. It clearly says that all of the animals, plants, birds, fish, etc. reproduce exclusively after their own kind, and with their own kind. To this day the scientists (and government schools) think they know better, without a shred of demonstrable proof.

You will find that God created the entire universe, by speaking it into existence. Scientists can still hear the echo of this Uni-Verse, (one-word). They call it a bang because “having ears, they cannot hear”. They have observed and determined that the whole thing began in a moment. The problem is how did it all just happen by itself? They know that is impossible, but “having eyes, they cannot see”. God is real, and has given us His Word to guide us, but America has decided, not only to ignore it but, deny it and defy Him.

Abortion is the most heinous form of murder, but our Supreme Court determined that ‘they could not determine when life began based on the science of the day‘. Forty nine MILLION abortions later, DNA proves what the Bible has always held; that we are all individual creations, different from all others before and after us, BEFORE BIRTH. Our Supreme Court has found that DNA is irrefutable evidence of a person’s identity, but denies personhood before birth. Isn’t that another decision “respecting an establishment of religion“ AND denying scientific evidence, AND ignoring their own precedent findings?

A statement-of-record, regarding the “health of the mother” is that it is “SEVEN TIMES SAFER to abort, than to carry a child to term” (P.P.) so, when they want exceptions for the “health of the mother”, you know what they mean. When you hear about needing exceptions for rape and incest, that is killing because of whom the parents were. Couldn’t that be defined as Genocide? The defenses of the most gruesome method, “partial-birth-abortion”, are so inept, illogical and unrealistic they exhibit irrefutable evidence of the author of all these lies; Satan, "the father of lies".

Last Chance Gift

Hey guys AND gals,

Here it is, the perfect last-minute, past-minute Valentines gift! It is priceless, but cost nothing.

You don’t need internet access, wifi, blackberry, credit card, phone, nothing.

It is an incomparable and un-reproducible act of love.

It is a gift that only you can give; a gift that is the most desired of the ones who love you.

You can produce this gift without any tools.

You can deliver this gift without postage, handling, taxes, nothing.

It is your love, expressed in person, in every way you can.

Say it, write it, phone it, wear it, spill it, drop it, graffiti it, illegally!

Be obnoxious, if you have to, but make sure you say it really loud: I LOVE YOU! It is unsettling when they question their own; something is going on. They have fooled me before, like with McCain. It is still happily received news, though, that they have noticed, and reported, these recent blatant misuses of public funds.

I used to get annoyed, and wondered how it could be legal for the locals to tout their latest idea to the voters, using voter’s money. We would get mailers from the town, Sewer dept., school board, etc., explaining the benefits of voting for the budget, bond, or article that they wanted passed. Me, I had to paint my own sign and stand there. (It is far more fun than fishing, though!)

Mass mailings, touting YOUR accomplishments, are self-serving re-election campaign expenditures! I have received TWO glossy, impressive, expensive, and unsolicited “reports”, a.k.a. “political flyers“, from the gal keeping the seat warm. (Yes, it was a firing of the old RINOs that put her there, not an embrace of her liberal theology.)

As a “trustee” of the electorate, our representatives are expected to adhere to at least, the most basic rules of reality: ADVERTISE ON YOUR OWN BUCK! The first advertisement from our “freshman/woman” was unsettling enough for me to keep, but not urgent enough to gripe about. The second one did cause me to recognize a fault in the armor. It appears to be a fairly obvious misuse of pubic funds to me. I’m glad the papers have picked up on it. Examine the speeches, debates and ads, but mostly, the actions and pronounced motives. Mitt Romney is the candidate most hated by the liberals and their transparent media allies, which is the undeniable "antabuse" test because; they do lie, all the time. They nauseate me reliably enough to be a clinical measurement.

Mitt Romney is on the right side of the issues. He is a Conservative and has publicly, without hesitation, boldly declared that The Holy Bible IS The Word of God. That was the moment which put him over. How he has determined to worship the God of the Bible may be erroneous, but Jesus looks at the heart, where no one can see. On the outside, where the fruit is, Mitt Romney is the man I think would make the best President for such a time as this.

I hope and pray that the nomination process goes all the way to the convention, where anything can happen. Perhaps calmer and more conservative heads will prevail and recognize the fact that McCain is NOT one of us. Perhaps Divine Providence will intervene. Perhaps He already has, nothing happens without His say-so. He does invite us to be part of the plan so; join me in prayer. Lobby The Lord and those delegates!

John McCain, the Democrat's Choice

John McCain has always been a creepy guy. Even when you look at him from different angles, he looks different! This is the guy who infringed on MY rights with his "reform" bill. He reaches across the aisle to block OUR paths! His supporters are mostly people I don't trust. He is a Jurassic Senator like his buddy Ted. Still here, regardless of logic.

Mitt Romney got my support, (an unapologetic Christian), because he answers questions plainly, without hesitation. McCain only answers questions that he has rehearsed, as his mentors do, with robotic simplicity and predictability. He never lets the truth sway his resolve to reiterate the current mantra. His demeanor is that of an arrogant elitist, like his allies.

Now that the mass media has put a full court press for his nomination, my fears and suspicions are confirmed. He is another Republican in name only, RINO. Real Rhinos are more handsome, though. If he were an honest person, he would have changed parties. Unfortunately, since we kicked the Rinos out of our State House, the replacements have trashed the place. Pray for some real people to run this year!

Although we survived the first Clinton era, I don't want to see another.

If the choice is between either Our new Demoncrat-controlled state is out to outdo all the other “people’s republics” from Maine to California, and they are wasting no time. Little girls can get abortions on demand without their moms and dads ever even knowing they were RAPED! (If you are a pregnant minor, you were raped). Of course the children don’t need to be informed of all the facts anyways, and the “clinics” are outside of any laws, moral or regulatory. All ‘evidence’ is destroyed, (or sold), so the criminals can continue, undetected. Even Massachusetts is more conservative about parent’s rights with their children! Planned Parenthood’s contract killers own our Democrats.

These newbies also thought a SEVENTEEN PERCENT increase in state spending was good for us, too. Forget hearing any real wisdom about school funding either; the bigger the mess, the better the chance for the NEW taxes and MORE legalized gambling. The governor is only holding on for the ride and the Socialists are in a full run against our rights and into our pockets. I must be getting old, ‘cause I don’t. It appears that the state house has taken on a mind of it’s own, (been demon-possessed?), and feels empowered to ignore the will of the people altogether to blindly follow their liberal masters. You know, the beautiful people wanting to rule over our children and grandchildren. The enemies of liberty. The friends of our enemies.
