Also go direct to a paper company and sell them your (OCC) old corrugated containers. They might give you a bailer for the gauranteed Tonnage, also have your Transfer station employees watch closer on what is going into the general trash area their is money being thrown away by non recycling transfer station customers that can be recaptured.

The same can be done with the plastics. Follow the market for recyclables their are stated prices in publications, remove the middle man, even if you go as a group with other cities or the counties.

What bother's me is the pay as you go nonsense.  Can we do that to your salary Russell?  What about the families with children, they generate a lot of trash, are you going to strap them with more idiotic fees?
