Salem I voted for this carter I am so happy it was approved on March 10, at the Salem Town Hall voted polls. It will make a different for Salem in the 21st, So that Salem would be for state-and-federal grants. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salem should elect a Mayor and City Council. &lt;/p&gt;
