Newspirit Builders - If you run into this guy (David Cassavaugh) from Deerfield NH, DON'T....I repeat DON'T have him do any work for you.  We contracted with him for a new home in 2003 and he ran off the job, never finished the house, and screwed us out of more than $50,000.  I'll be posting photos of thre  mess he left us with.
