Good Day Folks,

I am writing to inform you that I am a resident of Farmington, have been here in Farmington 10 yrs.

I am a Mortgage Broker with Fairfield Mortgage with the market suffering as bad as it is. allot of people are feeling it directly and indirectly.

President Bush has made some adjustments in offering assistance for those headed into trouble, with their current mortgages by flexing the guidelines, to help those in need?

My question is how does it help those that are already late or coming due for payment that will be late, due to an increase in the loan rate....I can help!
