Clemens had a mass on his a**

During today’s hearing on Capitol Hill about steroids in baseball, Congressman Stephen Lynch from Massachusetts delved into Roger Clemens' private parts. Being that the comment came from a Massachusetts Congressman, we should weigh the remark with the whole Boston-New York rivalry in mind.

But, here’s what he said. In 1998, evidence shows that Clemens developed an abscess on his right buttock shortly after trainer Brian McNamee claims to have injected him with a water-based steroid called Winstrol. In bodybuilding circles, the water-based steroid is commonly known to cause abscesses. Winstrol leaves compound drug residue beneath the skin, making it susceptible to abscess.

Congressman Lynch asked, “Mr. Clemens, how am I supposed to receive this evidence?” “How can this all be wrong?”

Medical records that were provided to Congress show that there was a “palpable” mass on his rear-end around the same time that the injection was said to have taken place. Clemens explained it away by pointing medical depositions (to be released) that state the abscess may have been caused by B-12 injections. Clemens doesn’t deny receiving B-12 injections. Any injection can lead to an abscess but, according to testimony, abscesses are common among steroid users because they are injected deep into the muscle.

This is the smoking gun, I tell you. Can we request that Clemens drop his drawers to prove there is no leftover scar from said abscess?

Let’s read into this a little further. Clemens had a mass on his a**.  That is a fact. One of his supposed “B-12” injections also bled through to his dress pants at one time and it was noticed by another player. So clearly, Clemens was being injected with something.

The question is: Who do you believe? The man that has nothing to gain by his testimony? Or the man that has everything to lose?
