The day we've all been waiting for is almost here.  No, I'm not talking about Van Halen at the Verizon Wireless Arena. 

I'm talking about the two-hour episode of Extreme Makeover:  Home Edition that was filmed in Manchester last fall.  It's due to be aired on Sunday, January 27.  And, since the writers are on strike and there really isn't anything to watch on television these days anyway, I'll be tuning in.  

To top this evening off, the Verizon Wireless Arena is allowing the public to watch on their Jumbotron.  Doors open at 6 p.m.       

Break out the popcorn!

And get ready to shout:  "Move.  That.  Bus!"

These are the desperate measures I take to amuse myself mid-winter.  It sure beats waiting for the tulip bulbs to break through the earth, dontcha think?
