The New Hampshire Association Of REALTORS (NHAR) publishes it's year
end market trends report which has some pretty fascinating information.

Hillsborough County
includes the towns of Amherst, Antrim, Bedford, Bennington, Brookline,
Deering, Francestown, Goffstown, Greenfield, Greenville, Hancock,
Hillsboro, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Manchester, Mason,
Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, New Boston, New Ipswich,
Pelhan, Peterborough, Pinardville, Sharon, Temple, Weare, Wilton and
Windsor NH.
Hillsborough County suffered the second largest decline in sales following Rockingham County.
2006 Units sold (excluding Condos) 3,497 a decrease of 22% from 2005
2006 Average Sale Price (excluding Condos) $320,000 representing a 1% decrease from 2005

are based on information from the Northern New England Real Estate
Network (NNEREN) for the respective periods shown for the respective
regions in the State of New Hampshire or all towns in the State of New
Hampshire.
All indications are that New Hampshire real estate market is slowly waking up after a long snooze.
