Acting up

The play is based on Ovid’s transformation myths, and subtly mixes the ancient stories of pathos and tragedy with contemporary language, humor, and thought.

Tickets can be purchased at the high school or at the door ($6 student/senior, $7 adult).

John Stark Regional High School Stage Company is teaming up with science classes to present a combination of theater and environmental awareness education.

The Stage Company will perform Urinetown, The Musical, that recent Tony award winning Broadway hit with the unfortunate title and an important social message.

Remaining performances are at John Stark Regional High School in Weare on Nov. 16 and 17 at 7 p.m., and Nov. 18 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $5 for students and senior citizens, $7 for adults and can be purchased at the door or reserved by calling 529-5314.
