Organizers of one local worship organization say they want to invite the community to an encounter with God.
The New Hampshire House of Prayer will sponsor a prayer event at the Goffstown Harvest Church Thursday, Jan. 25, through Saturday, Jan. 27, with a wide range of activities featured throughout the weekend.
Scheduled events include speakers from across the United States, a call to God through prayer on behalf of participants’ communities, prayer for churches and families and prayers for military forces serving in Iraq.
Events will begin at 9:30 a.m. all days, with activities scheduled throughout the engagement.
“The evidence of the power of God’s love is changed hearts, lives, families and communities,” New Hampshire House of Prayer President Godswill Keenam says on the group’s Web site.
“My focus is to help the church in New Hampshire and beyond to rise up to the expectations of heaven for her in this season.”
Events are set to take place at the Goffstown Harvest Church at the Bank of America Plaza, 542 Mast Road.
