Five Rivers protected properties include such working farms as Dimond Hill Farm and Carter Hill Orchard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Interfaith Caregivers will receive $500 to help members of Concord&amp;rsquo;s faith communities provide medical transportation, companionship and grocery shopping services to those in physical need. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;New Hampshire Peace Action will receive $500 to help the organization improve and maintain its Web site. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Children&amp;rsquo;s Place and Parent Education Center&amp;rsquo;s family support program will receive $1,000 to help families in financial need access the center&amp;rsquo;s services.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Emerson Fund provides grants to individuals and organizations that work to benefit the greater Concord community by promoting social justice, a healthy natural environment, respect for diversity or alternatives to violence.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="http://cs.newhampshire.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=2655" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description><category domain="http://cs.newhampshire.com/blogs/concord_news/archive/tags/Concord/default.aspx">Concord</category><category domain="http://cs.newhampshire.com/blogs/concord_news/archive/tags/churches/default.aspx">churches</category><category domain="http://cs.newhampshire.com/blogs/concord_news/archive/tags/Emerson+Fund/default.aspx">Emerson Fund</category></item></channel></rss>
