Health clinics available during June

Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering many health-related clinics at various venues throughout June.

Walk-in immunization clinics

The CRVNA has planned an affordable monthly walk-in immunization clinic for Tuesday, June 19, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The immunization clinics take place at the Downtown Health Clinic at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Outreach Center, 21 Centre St. in Concord. A fee of $5 is requested for anyone younger than 18. Adult vaccination costs vary by the cost of the individual vaccines.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Be sure to bring an immunization record with you.

Blood pressure screenings

CRVNA offers blood pressure screenings on Wednesday, June 6, from 10 a.m. to noon, at Hannaford Pharmacy on Fort Eddy Road; and Wednesday, June 13, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., at White Rock Senior Living Community, Wellness Office, 6 Bow Center Road, Bow.

Blood pressure screenings are a good way for individuals to track their blood pressure for upcoming visits to their physician. Blood pressure screenings are free of charge. For details, call Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association at 224-4093 or (800) 924-8620.

Senior health clinics

Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering the following senior health clinics, listed alphabetically by town:

June 14 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Allenstown Senior Center, Allenstown; June 19 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Allenstown Senior Center, Allenstown; June 14 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Suncook Pond Community Center, Allenstown.

June 15 from 9 a.m. to noon at Bow Mills United Methodist Church, Bow.

June 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Horseshoe Pond, Concord; June 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Jensen’s Mobile Home Park, Concord; June 14 and 21 from 9 a.m. to noon at St. Paul’s Church Outreach Center, Concord; June 20 from 9 a.m. to noon at TLC Day Care in Concord.

June 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Park Avenue Apartments, Contoocook.

June 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at King’s Towne Mobile Home Park, Epsom; June 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Meadow Brook Elderly Housing, Epsom.

June 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Pembroke Congregational Church, Pembroke.

June 13 and 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Briar Pipe Apartments, Penacook.

June 15 from 9 a.m. to noon at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Weare.
