The Concord Public Library will celebrate National Library Week from April 15 to 20 with the following events:

• Public coffee, Monday, April 16, 9 to 11 a.m., main lobby
Monday, April 16, 9:00-11:00 a.m., main lobby.
There will be free coffee and treats courtesy of the Concord Public Library Foundation.
• Treasure of the British Museum, Monday, April 16, 6:30 p.m., library auditorium.
Dr. Andrew Laurie Stangel will present an illustrated lecture on the treasures of the British Museum. This program is sponsored by the Concord Public Library Foundation and the New Hampshire Humanities Council.
• Family story time by the Shoestring Puppets, Wednesday, April 18, 10 a.m., library auditorium.
Stories, both old and new, get a new twist when put in the hands of the Shoestring Puppets.
• High Range Band, Wednesday, April 18, 6:30 p.m., library auditorium.
High Range Band, a contemporary bluegrass and folk band, will give a free performance.  This program is sponsored by the Concord Public Library Foundation.
• Imagine magic, Saturday, April 21, 2 p.m., library auditorium.
Comedy magician Mr. Phil will present a program about reading, the library and books. Free tickets will be required and will be available in the Children’s Room beginning April 9. This program is sponsored by the Concord Public Library Foundation.
• Come Together at Your Library display, all week, main lobby.
See the display created by the Concord Public Library staff, and vote for your favorite creation. The winner will be announced Saturday, April 21, at 3 p.m.
