Article 2: To see what action the town will take with respect to the following proposed amendments to the Hopkinton Zoning Ordinance by ballot vote upon the following questions:
1. Are you in favor of adopting Amendment 1 as proposed by the Planning Board: Amend Section V, 5.4.7 Junk Vehicles by replacing it with a new paragraph, 5.4.7 Uninspected Vehicles. No more than one uninspected motor vehicle may remain within any residential district unless the vehicle and its parts are enclosed within a building. Recommended by the Planning Board.
