Police search for suspect in Game Stop robbery

Bedford police are searching for a man who robbed Game Stop at 7 Colby Court, Bedford.

Police responded to a call on Monday, Nov. 26, at 9:15 p.m., and found that a man entered the store at closing time and ordered an employee to empty the cash register into a bag.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, of medium build, and wearing glasses, a maroon knit hat, dark sweatpants and a sweatshirt.

The man fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash and store property. The female employee was not injured and no weapon was shown.

A New Hampshire State Police canine was used to track the suspect, but the man was not located.

The Bedford Police Department is investigating the crime and is asking anyone with information to contact the Bedford Police Department at 472-5113 or the Bedford Crimeline at 472- 8999.
